I gotta say though, you can do this for a lot cheaper, and with much more authenticity. Its pretty easy to find old boat cleats on the cheap; either from a junked boat, marine swap meet, even craigslist. Plus they give you that added dose of personality/history, knowing that thousands of boats have tied-up to that very cleat.
Why not just use the original Cleat's I ripped off the old classic boat?
